This week’s Vinyl Community Rewind is a twofer. The first is a short video I made of The Beatles Abbey Road. These were cut from vinyl and I was selling them on my then Etsy shop. This was a quick video to show how to put them up.
Then we have my collection of Ravi Shankar albums. Ravi Shankar was introduced to me via The Beatles (like a lot of folks) but I delved into his collection and really found myself digging the sound of ragas. The sitar and sarod are great compliments of each other and it’s great music to relax to and work to. Give the album “Ravi Shankar – Three Ragas” a try. It was my first and still my favorite.
