I ran across this in a parking lot the other day and had to take a picture of the sad sight.

In my day, tape unspooled and blowing along the highway was the saddest sight you could see along the road. However, this comes in a close second, with tones of the future. More rare than the tape lofted and spun around by the breeze of passing cars, but sad nonetheless.
