Who writes a song title from “The Beatles – Let It Be” on a bathroom wall?

Who takes a picture of it?

I love this song, though the title confused me. I was surprised to see it, though it could have been put there by the staff. This was AJ Bombers in downtown Madison where graffitti is part of the ambiance. It was definitely a stand out from the other graffitti however. I had to take a picture.
